Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund.

We cover return shipping costs for defective products. If your product is not defective, you will be responsible for return shipping.

Our dispenser carries a Limited Lifetime Warranty

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you’d like to initiate a return, please contact customer support and we'll provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return.

  • Please indicate the RMA number on the shipping label (not on box itself).
  • Products must be returned in the condition they were received, including all accessories, documentation, and packaging materials.
  • Please pack in the original box and avoid using duct tape or other adhesives that can leave a residue.
  • Please use a traceable shipping method and provide us with the tracking number via email.
  • Please insure your package to cover for damage.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
